Ashoka ghrut : Ashoka Ghrita is an Ayurvedic medicine, in herbal ghee form.This medicine has ghee as its base. It is used for preparatory procedure for Panchakarma and also as medicine, used mainly in gynaecology related diseases. The recommended dose is 10 ml twice a day.
Seed powder : It is an organic Ayurvedic supplement that supports female reproductive health. Benefits of Ashoka include the nourishment and support of ovarian and endometrial tissues. The advised dosage is 1-3 gram twice a day.

It has numerous advantages and, since time immemorial, has been used in Ayurvedic decoctions. 15 ml twice a day is the advised dosage. Compilation with Ashoka
- Take bark of Ashoka tree and boil it in water. Keep boiling until the volume becomes one fourth of the original quantitiy.
- Strain the liquid. What you get is known as Ashoka kwath.
- Store the kwath.
- Mix 8 to 10 teaspoons of kwaath with water and consume as per need. This remedy is proven helpful in menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding).
Contraindications for use of Ashoka
Although Ashoka provides a wide range of benefits, its use should be avoided during pregnancy. Also, to avoid allergic reactions it is always better to take the advice of a physician before using Ashoka.
