Natural Remedies for Skin Tan

Turmeric, coconut oil, and sandalwood

  • Make a mixture by adding 2 tablespoons of sandalwood powder, 1/2 cup of coconut oil, and turmeric.

  • Peel the skin of the tomatoes and blend it with 2 tablespoons of yogurt till a fine paste is formed. 
  • Apply it to your tanned skin and leave it on for 30 minutes.
  • Then wash it off with water.

Oatmeal and buttermilk

The buttermilk contains lactic acid that softens the skin while the oatmeal cleanses and exfoliates.

  • Soak 2-3 teaspoons of oats in 1/2 cup of water for 5-10 minutes.
  • Further, add 3 teaspoons of buttermilk and blend it to form a paste
  • Use this paste on your tanned skin and leave it on for 30 minutes.
